It is responsible for the construction and operation of the tourist transport facilities and has 28 facilities (cable cars, gondola cars, chairlifts, ski lifts). In addition, the snowmaking, the preparation of the 224 km slopes as well as the parks and pipes, the rescue service and the lift ticket sale. • Support for the smooth day-to-day operation of the designated point of sale
• Competent advice and sale of all products and tickets
• Processing of refunds, claims and group requests
• Billing and control of the individual and total billing of the point of sale (daily, weekly)
• Control of the coin stock and cash deposits (cash and car park)
• Assistance with staff training of internal sales outlets
• Cooperation in the preparation of various documentation
• Support and control in the investment of products and prices
• Support for the training of new employees and learners
• Control of stocks of sales and consumables
• Support and participation in the introduction of new products and projects as well as improvements | What makes you:
