- Delivering food and beverages with precision and attention to detail across all F&B outlets
- Providing personalized and attentive service tailored to individual guest preferences
- Restocking essential supplies, condiments, and linens to ensure the team is fully prepared for the service
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and independently, ensuring complete satisfaction
- Ensuring all service material, including chinaware, glassware, and silver, is polished to the highest standards
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks across the operational process to support seamless restaurant operations
- Maintaining the restaurant environment to impeccable standards, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere
- Contributing to memorable and individualized dining experiences for every guest
- Adhering strictly to hygiene and safety protocols during the handling of food, beverages, and equipment.
