Supervise, motivate, and coach the team to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, presentation, and overall guest experience. Assist with staff scheduling, daily briefings, task allocation, and operational coordination. Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback, requests, and complaints in a professional manner. Support inventory control, stock management, ordering, and proper handling of F&B products. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, and company standards and procedures. Act as the Outlet Manager in their absence and ensure continuity of operations and service standards.
