- Providing active support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations across all outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, banqueting/events).
- Ensuring compliance with and continuously monitoring Kempinski brand standards, as well as HACCP and hygiene regulations.
- Being present for guests, handling feedback with confidence, and creating personalised, unforgettable guest experiences (Creating Remarkable Experiences).
- Induction, motivation and development of the F B team, as well as helping to design training programmes.
- Assisting with rota and holiday planning, stock management and stock-taking, as well as supporting cost and revenue control (Cost Control).
- Contributing new ideas for events, menu presentations and seasonal promotions to increase guest satisfaction and revenue. | Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry and several years’ experience in the upmarket hospitality sector, with at least two years’ management experience in a comparable role
- Professional expertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high standard of quality awareness
- A structured and organised approach to work, as well as a willingness to provide operational support A keen interest in team-oriented work
