Tasks

• Reception and advice to our customers
• Processing orders in investment and loan processing
• Various administrative activities for our consultants
• Communication and support with our customers via telephone and email

In the various departments you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete your training with us with or without a vocational baccalaureate.

• Curious: You are interested in working in a bank, have a natural curiosity and want to develop yourself personally
• Sociable: You are a team player and are not afraid to get in touch with other people. But don't worry: we'll support you!
• Reliability: You are willing to invest time in your training and complete your orders precisely and reliably - not only at work, but also at school

Your school performance

• You attend secondary school at level C
• You have good knowledge of German and can express yourself well orally and in writing
• If you want to complete the vocational baccalaureate while you are teaching, we are happy to support this; the prerequisite for this is that you have passed the entrance exam
