Application process

  • Application responsibility for the Instrument Manager (IM) as well as support and further development of the interfaces to Epic (Beaker) and the connected laboratory equipment.
  • Connection, commissioning and technical support of new laboratory equipment including documentation.
  • Ensure stable operation of the IFIK server infrastructure (productive and test environments).
  • monitoring and support of servers, services, interfaces and subsystems with the aim of high system availability;
  • Analysis of disruptions and rapid implementation of corrective measures.
  • Collaboration in incident and problem management (ticket system), especially for IT systems in the laboratory environment.
  • Collaboration in IT projects on behalf of the supervisor.
  • Support the IT service IFIK to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
