Application process
- Experience in application management, business analysis, or process management
- Ensuring the operation of all medical applications in the areas of radiology, nuclear medicine, pathology and laboratory medicine, being responsible for 2nd level support and driving forward their continuous development in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Recording requirements from the specialist departments, analyzing processes and actively shaping optimizations as well as practical solutions in the clinical environment
- Coordinating changes, service requests, releases, tests, rollouts and training and ensuring structured, high-quality and practical implementation in the clinical environment
- Interfaces, integrations and actively shape data flows, introduce requirements in demand and requirements management and promote knowledge exchange and documentation within the team Requirements:
- Have a completed degree or training in computer science, medical informatics or business informatics as well as experience in application management, business analysis or process management;
- Knowledge of healthcare as well as interface and integration management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of English or experience in professional exchanges in English is desirable
