Main responsibilities
- You present the dishes in the salad and cake buffet creatively and matching the time of day and the season to offer the guests an optical and culinary experience.
- You take care of, advise and serve our customers in the restaurant and at the checkout with professionalism and cordiality.
- You make sure that the hygiene regulations are adhered to and consistently implemented according to food safety and carry out various cleaning work (also dishes) to guarantee an all-round well-kept operation.
- In case of bottlenecks, you are an important support in the kitchen area and thus provide for full moments with our guests.
- The management of the in-house kiosk and ensuring an appealing product presentation prepares you fun.
Key requirements
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience: mandatory in cold and warm kitchen
- Completed basic or further education: Advantage
