Our projects range from control and regulation to the optimization of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and shading. We work project-oriented, with short decision-making paths and in close contact with our customers. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and versatile personality for in-house service.
Your tasks
- General administration and telephone exchange
- Processing of mail and post
- Preparation of offers, order confirmations and invoices
- Management of debtors and creditors incl. Payment and dunning services
- Participation in monthly and annual accounts and VAT accounts
- Support for material procurement and management
- Coordination of appointments, deliveries and service missions
- Maintenance of customer, project and article data in the system
- Administrative support of the team in internal processes, projects and organizational tasks
Your profile
- Basic commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Technical flair and interest in building automation an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German, English is an advantage
- Good MS Office knowledge, experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working method
- Organizational talent, team spirit and pleasure in customer contact
