• Independent preparation and processing of offers as well as calculation documents for HVAC projects
• Obtaining, testing and comparing supplier quotes as a basis for competitive offers
• Preparation, preparation and sending of tender, tender and tender documents
• Administrative handling of projects by contract, including maintenance of project data in SAP and Salesforce
