The "Retail" division comprises over 250 chocolateries in over 30 countries.

- You support the branch management in the daily management and organization of the branch
- In the absence of the branch management, you assume operational responsibility for the branch and ensure the smooth running of the branch
- You offer competent, customer-oriented advice and support in the selection of gifts from our diverse product range
- You will ensure the attractive presentation of our extensive confiserie and chocolate range, including through creative shop design
- You guarantee top quality and consistently implement our high standards
- You are leading the way as a model in sales and actively supporting the team in day-to-day business
- You are an important contact person for the team and for the customers
- You contribute to the optimization of workflows and ensure that the store works efficiently and profitably
You bring this with you
- You have completed a training in retail trade and/or have comparable experience in the handling of food products with
- You have first leadership experience with, preferably from larger teams
- Ideally you have first experience in chocolate handling
- You love a hands-on mentality and are a technical a-sin
- You are keen on optimization and have entrepreneurial thinking
- You have an exceptional quality and hygiene awareness
- You appreciate open and respectful communication and you know German and English safely; knowledge of French and other languages is an additional advantage
- You are not afraid of flexible working hours and are also fully involved on weekends or holidays
