• You advise customer-oriented and sell our diverse product range, for example in the selection of gifts
• You actively respond to our customers, recognize their needs and offer suitable solutions
• You take care of the cash processes and ensure a precise and correct billing
• You present the exquisite confiserie and chocolate range in a tasteful and inviting way
• You also take on production activities as well as the filling and maintenance of sales areas
• You implement our high quality standards with dedication and care

• You bring valuable professional experience in the retail trade and have a passion for sales as well as a strong final orientation
• You love being in direct contact with customers and offering them a special shopping experience
• You recognize needs quickly and advise individually, friendly and convincingly
• You have very good communication skills and express yourself clearly and safely
• You know German and English very well
• French and other languages are a great advantage and are particularly appreciated
• You also put quality and customer orientation first in turbulent times
• You work responsibly, reliably and structured
