Main responsibilities
- You, together with the professional and practical designers of the Lehrwerkstatt Technik, will attend the students of the professions of Automatic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ, and Electroinstaller EFZ
- You use practical skills – especially in the areas of automation
- You support recruiting, conduct location discussions, accompany learning documentation and take on further administrative tasks
- You are planning to work together with the team leaders of technical disciplines, the operations of business education
- You can help to create and update the training programme
- You support the learners in preparing and implementing the IPA (individual practical work)
- You organize and run Schnuppertage and start matching programs
- You represent Bell Schweiz AG at trade fairs and other events in vocational training
- You are looking for contacts within the vocational training Bell Switzerland as well as the professional associations and you are actively engaged in the further development of the technical training professions:
- Practical knowledge in training and ideally experience in the care of learners
