Company and context
- As a team leader, you have the technical and organizational responsibility for material, medication and device management at the Center for Intensive Care Medicine (ZIM).
- They lead directly approx. 10 employees together with the logistics department manager
- You work in accordance with the performance mandate and the objectives and are jointly responsible for implementation
- You help with the optimization of internal and cross-departmental processes and projects
- Active participation in direct care at the bedside is an integral part of your job and enables you to directly contribute your expertise and be a role model in everyday life Requirements:
- You preferably have post-graduate studies as an expert in intensive care, nursing training at the same level HF/FH or other medical technology training
- You have professional experience in logistical and medical technology tasks or show an interest and flair in learning them
- You are an innovative, solution-oriented, flexible and communicative personality with a high level of social and technical skills
- Ideally, you have leadership experience at team leadership level and are willing to complete the LUKS-internal leadership course We offer:
