Main responsibilities

  • You accompany, support and promote people with cognitive, psychological or physical impairment directly in their daily work.
  • You practically implement the development goals of the clients according to our Agogik concept.
  • You have the warehouse under control: You ensure that everything in logistics (incoming goods, outgoing goods, warehouse management) runs smoothly, the safety rules are adhered to and supports the team in the implementation of the service order.
  • You plan the packaging orders for internal and external customers and ensure that everything is done on time and cleanly on the production line.
  • You pay attention to order, work safety and a gentle handling of the material.
