• Responsibility for leadership, supervision and coordination during your own shift
• Direct, participatory personnel management, in particular with regard to operational planning and personnel management
• Responsibility for disposition and orders

• Requirements
• A few years: in sales in the retail trade
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): retail trade
• Expertise in the categories Food, Nearfood and Nonfood
• Customer- and sales-oriented as well as economic thinking and acting
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and resilience
• Readiness for early and late shift & mobile (start 04:45)
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of food laws and regulations (HACCP, cold chain, etc.)
• Experience in action planning and implementation
• Leadership experience
