Company and context
- Your role As a repair group leader, you take on technical and organizational responsibility for a team of three repairers.
- You are the central contact for our customers and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality and service excellence. Your main tasks
- Planning & coordination: Organize the repair orders for your team and yourself.
- Technical expertise: Carry out repairs on elevators and escalators independently.
- Security responsibility: Identify risks and consistently implement security processes.
- Team leadership & coaching: Train new employees, monitor the level of training and promote the further development of your team.
- Quality improvement: Support the implementation of improvement measures and define training needs together with the service manager.
- Customer Care: Be the face of OTIS to our customers and build long-term relationships. What you bring with you
- Completed technical training (electromechanics, mechatronics or comparable).
- Experience in repairing elevator systems or similar electromechanical systems.
