Application process
- In performing this function, you receive and process applications, organize interventions, manage technical and administrative monitoring of equipment and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- You are the reference point for logistical and technical questions related to alarms and electric beds. Main tasks:
- Receive alarm installation requests and enter information in the software;
- Plan facilities with volunteers and provide them with the necessary information;
- Follow-up of interventions, liaison with the plant and management of technical emergencies or disputes;
- Manage local stock, maintenance, recovery, rotation and inventory of equipment;
- Organize the delivery of electric beds, monitor billing, debtors, volunteer fees and statistics:
- Participate in coordination sessions with the various partners. Profile required:

- Aisance with common digital tools, including Office suite, spreadsheets, e-mail and file management;
Company and context
- Strong organizational skills, rigour and ability to manage priorities;
- Basic technical knowledge of electronic devices, tele-assistance, telephony and connections is an asset;
- Very good relational qualities, a sense of listening and diplomacy;
