- Necessary requirements: Federal Certificate of Ability in a basic profession with a training duration of at least 3 years or equivalent qualification Federal Professional Certificate of Human Trainer constitutes preferential qualification, otherwise, willingness to undertake the training course with exam within 5 years of hiring Relational and empathetic skills, communication and availability for multidisciplinary and autonomous work Orientation towards change and development, availability and interest in deepening notions of chemistry and anatomy and in carrying out regular refresher courses also outside the canton Reliability, flexibility, meticulousness and responsibility in carrying out the activity Marked sensitivity and confidentiality for one's work Manual ability, aptitude for technical and physical work, mental and physical resistance Knowledge of the main IT applications (Word/Excel/Adobe) Knowledge of a second national language and/or English is a preferential qualification Availability to guarantee a shift picket service even on Saturdays Experience in the mortuary sector (preferably having already carried out police pickets for the recovery of bodies) Entry date: to be agreed. - To complete our team of the Autopsy Service of the Bellinzona e Valli Regional Hospital, Bellinzona branch, we are looking for a Human Trainer (100%) Profile: The person we are looking for has technical skills to assist pathologists and forensic doctors during autopsies.
- In particular, skills are required to examine, collect, prepare and preserve tissues and organs, to recompose, prepare and manage bodies, to manage the storage of samples and preparations of the service.
- Has knowledge of the legal bases that regulate the service and of the current safety and hygiene regulations; collaborates with local funeral homes, with the judiciary and with other hospital offices as well as collaborating with the Police for the official recognition of the deceased with the next of kin.
