Your opportunities with us

• You lead a team of 10 employees in the patient administration and reception, promote and develop them further
• you drive the continuous optimization of processes and accompany digitalization projects in your area
• Together with your team, you are responsible for a professional, efficient and patient-oriented process from admission to invoicing
• you ensure that reception and patient admission are the first points of contact of our hospital with friendliness, competence and high quality of service
• You work closely with medical, nursing and administrative areas, think across areas and clarify interfaces
• you are responsible for the correct accounting of our services as well as the professional exchange with health insurance funds; the industry-specific billing systems you get to know with us
• you coordinate the training of our learners in patient administration

• you have already successfully led a team and know how to promote and motivate employees
• you have experience managing projects and you have actively developed processes instead of just managing them
• you convince with your communicative nature and this in exchange with different stakeholders
• you think solution-oriented, set priorities and keep an overview even in hectic moments
• you have already gained experience in the Swiss health care system, in a health insurance or in a related industry, and you have a basic commercial education or comparable qualification as well as knowledge of processes in the patient administration (reception, cost accounting, billing)
