- The position has the end-to-end responsibility of the activities of Logistics and Shipping, with the aim of guaranteeing an efficient and punctual service, further develop the organization and promote the continuous improvement of the processes.
- The inserted person will guide the operational teams with a pragmatic and collaborative approach, enhancing the skills of people and accompanying organizational and process changes.
- It will be called to manage complex priorities, always keeping the focus on goals, service quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive, coordinate and develop the Logistics and Shipping organization, ensuring effective management of operational teams.
- Ensure the correct performance of the goods, storage, internal handling, picking, order preparation and shipments.
- Ensure compliance with delivery times and service standards for internal customers and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire warehouse activity, including inventories, logistics management systems and SAP processes.
- Coordinate national and international transport and manage relations with logistic suppliers, carriers and 3PL partners.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and economic performance, managing budgets, operational costs and personnel productivity.
