Main responsibilities
- Are you an experienced person in the pension sector and want to take on responsibility, lead a team and at the same time stay close to day-to-day business?
- In this versatile leadership role, you will be responsible for the technical and personnel management of a team of four employees.
- You spend around three quarters of your work in day-to-day operational business and contribute your specialist knowledge directly to the processing of complex pension cases.
- At the same time, you will further develop your team, optimize processes and actively shape the future of our pension services.
- This combination of leadership responsibility and operational expertise makes the function particularly varied.
- You lead and develop your team of four employees professionally and personally.
- You are responsible for the management and administration of business cases in the tied pension plan (2nd and 3rd pillars) including accounting and annual financial statements.
- You ensure the correct processing of payouts, for example in the case of transfers, self-employment, retirement, emigration, disability and death.
- You handle WEF and divorce cases competently and in a solution-oriented manner.
- You support and advise our customer advisors on all pension issues.
