Main responsibilities
- You collect customer data, get daily tickets and update the customer base
- You accept empty goods and returns and control entrances
- You will be responsible for the telephone control centre and for information and brochure areas
- You effectively discard the collection and make the cash settlement correct
- You greet our customers friendly and provide for a professional first impression
- You take on additional tasks around reception and service where you need At the check-out you scan the goods
- You take complaints professionally and forward them accordingly Requirements
- Completed training in retail trade or in the food industry (e.g. cook, baker:in, messenger:in)
- You work reliably, efficiently and have a well-kept appearance You are fit to handle MS Office
