THE CARE QUALITY AND SAFETY SERVICE RESEARCH MAIN MISSION
You assume the role of institutional vigilance contact relating to medical devices and coordinate the quality initiatives of operating theaters and technical platforms.
At the interface with medical, technical and administrative teams, you guarantee the monitoring of institutional processes linked to medical devices, quality registers and risk management.

- Coordinate all activities related to materiovigilance within the institution and be the main contact with suppliers and competent authorities

- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at the quality, safety and performance of operating processes and technical platforms Train and support employees SKILLS – REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS
- Certified training in the field of health or qualification deemed equivalent
- Have proven professional experience in an operating room or technical platform environment
- Additional training in quality management, risk management or patient safety (CAS, DAS) an asset
- Excellent analysis, synthesis and writing skills
- Excellent command of IT tools and platforms, databases and reporting tools
