Your opportunities with us

• you take care of all steps of the station supply, from ordering to picking to storage on all departments
• you are responsible for the complete order processing of warehouse and continuous articles, including monitoring of delivery dates, processing of complaints and evaluation of alternative articles
• you accept material deliveries, carry out incoming goods checks and store goods in and around (intralogistics)
• you check, process and record creditors’ bills in time for the monthly completion of accounting in the ERP workflow
• You maintain the article and supplier base in the system and help with inventories
• You actively participate in interprofessional cooperation and optimize workflows together with the departments (warehouses, processes, digitalization)

You are fit for us if

• You have a logistical education or background in a medical or commercial environment
• you have several years of experience in purchasing/material management or supply logistics
• Practical experience in a hospital is of great advantage
• Convince with reliability and flexibility, bring true team spirit and communicate openly and proactively – a valuable contribution to our team culture
• you think networked, very structured, precise and work independently
• you like to show your own initiative, are resilient and want to tackle yourself (good physical constitution)
• you have good IT knowledge and master German in word and writing
