Role overview

Mansioni - Maintenance, monitoring, repairing, revising, improving and ensuring the efficient operation of ventilation installations and equipment specific to the industry.

• Decide independently on the actions to be taken in accordance with the priorities defined in terms of vital or secondary parameters for the safety of patients, collaborators and employees and the heritage.

• Provides preventive and corrective maintenance.

Attends periodic inspections carried out by accredited bodies and conducts regular checks and surveys.

• Tracks the condition of the ventilation installations and supports alarms of the GTB (Building Technical Management) monitoring systems.

Maintains working documents, prepares equipment resupply orders, receiving packages, storage and storage.

• Participates actively in the development of procedures based on technical developments.

• Assumes the role of technical adviser to users on ventilation equipment, monitoring and monitoring the work carried out by outside companies.
