- We are currently seeking a Treasury Manager to join our Global Treasury team as part of the Funding ( External & Internal Funding ) team in Geneva.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to funding and capital markets transactions, capital structure optimization, intercompany financing, and strategic treasury initiatives within a global NYSE/SIX-listed company, while working closely with senior Treasury and Finance leadership, including the Group Treasurer and CFO.

- As a Treasury Manager within the External & Internal Funding team, you will:
- Support treasury and corporate finance activities through financial analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.
- Assist in the structuring, execution, and monitoring of intercompany loans, guarantees, and other treasury-related transactions.
- Support intercompany funding strategies, dividend repatriation initiatives, and cash repatriation activities across the Group.
- Monitor affiliate capital structures and support funding recommendations to optimize financing, liquidity, and balance sheet efficiency as well as to mitigate any country risks and financial risks.
- Prepare presentations and decision materials for Finance leadership, the CFO, Finance Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.
