Your team
The Group Corporate Services division offers Pictet Group customers and employees a wide range of services; it manages the Group's headquarters in Geneva and its subsidiaries, branches and offices in Switzerland and abroad, and ensures their physical security.
To strengthen the Switchboard team, our Geneva office is looking for one/one:
Operator (100%)
Your role
Within a team of operators in Geneva, under the responsibility of the Team head - Telephonist, you will have the task of offering a professional, courteous and quality telephone reception. In this context, you will undertake the following tasks:
- Receive and manage external and internal telephone calls from Geneva and Lausanne offices and redirect some as required.
- Manage call returns from offices in Zurich, Basel and Luxembourg.
- Respond to the calls of Campus Helpline (technical packages in buildings and incidents at the workplace), create and close the corresponding tickets in Jira workflows.
- Provide rotational picket service with the team on certain holidays.
Your profile
- 2-3 years experience as a operator/standardist or in a call center.
- Listen active.
- Very good speech.
- Courtesy and sense of service.
- Team spirit.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent mastery of French and English, good knowledge in German.
- Knowledge in Spanish or Italian: an asset.
- Home in Switzerland required.
