- Support for users in getting started with their new equipment
- Management of the return of old qa Smartphones and their reconfiguration, cleaning and labeling
- Writing of articles for the knowledge base or documentation.
- Computer scientist CFC or training deemed equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in user support and/or computer testing.
- Mastery of the Windows 11 operating system and Microsoft 365 office tools
- Mobility throughout the Canton of Geneva and holder of a driving license Writing skills
- Relational skills and excellent communication skills
