Within the Traditional Studies and Methods department, you are involved in the development of new watch products, modeling and creating the designs of new products and/or tools, integrating the technical constraints according to the specifications defined.

HOW DO YOU HAVE A IMPACT?

• Develop manufacturing plans from the technical file
• Creates the marking phase plans
• Establish necessary cutting tool drawings
• Defines and builds component phase plans in collaboration with MP-programmers and MQ-technicians quality methods (trinomium)
• Is a guarantee of the coherence of the industrialisation dossier
• Build tools
• Collaborates with the departments concerned (quality, production, mechanics, etc.) to gather the necessary information
• Analyze needs and build tools
• Build the manufacturing file and coordinate its supply
• Ensures the proper functioning of production tools
• Rationalizes and standardizes tools in relation to mechanics and
• production (quality, costs and deadlines)
• Manage manufacturing plans in database
• Makes changes and updates plans in the system
• Respect life cycles in PLM
• Participate in product and process improvement
• Participates in continuous improvement efforts
• Supports improvements in production, optimization of products and
• process

WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR HOUSE?

For the benefit of a draftsman's CFC or equivalent, you justify an initial experience in industry. You master drawing techniques, also have knowledge of CAD software and are comfortable with IT environments. Of a methodical nature, you have an autonomous, rigorous personality with an interest in teamwork.
