Mission

Within the framework of this function, attached to our Methods Division, you actively contribute to the good availability of all the equipment by ensuring the proper implementation of the preventive maintenance plan while ensuring a constant match between the load and the capacity of the activities concerned.

Responsibilities

• Plan/order all preventive maintenance in collaboration with production services.
• Initiate delivery orders and prepare technical files for effective operation.
• Pilot external field interventions and update response reports.
• Analyze the causes of failures and change the ranges of preventive maintenance (operations, article, etc.).
• Collaborate with support services by participating in equipment reliability actions and projects.
• Manage continuous improvement actions for the activity.

Profile sought

• Diploma of ES Technician or Bachelor in Industrial Systems or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance.
• 5 years of experience in the industrial field ideally in the watchmaking sector.
• Good knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and computer fields.
• Very good knowledge of quality tools and problem solving.
• Good knowledge of GMAO software, ideally SAP.
• Mastery of office tools (MS Office).
• Good control of communication with internal customers and suppliers.
• Spirit of analysis and synthesis.
• Sense of organization.
• Excellent relationship and diplomacy.
• Rigor and accuracy.
