Introduction For our Production division, within the Ceramic Methods Industrialization department, we are looking for a Ceramic Methods Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to support operations by ensuring the robustness and sustainability of the manufacturing file, products and processes, on the scope of Rectification and Termination. Responsibilities

• Manage testing related to new products, investments and continuous improvement.
• Build documentation, participate in defining the file, and represent the sector for new products.
• Ensure the robustness and durability of the manufacturing file during the serial life.
• Lead and/or participate in continuous product/process improvement projects.
• Lead and/or participate in technical or quality problem resolution groups. Profile
• ES technician or equivalent in a technical profession (mechanic, polymechanic, watchmaker, etc.)
• Experience in rectification and termination, an asset
• Knowledge of quality problem-solving tools
• Skill in project management, an asset
• Educator, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• Strong team spirit, proactive, attentive and autonomous
