- You will be the technical reference polishing within the steel bracelet workshop and will provide support and training to polishers, while promoting a good working climate.
- You will participate actively in the production of the workshop, participate in the organisation of the work and contribute to the performance of the workshop by monitoring the planning, the distribution of the daily load and the monitoring of yields.
Main responsibilities
- You will be the technical reference polishing within the steel bracelet workshop and will provide support and training to polishers, while promoting a good working climate.
- You will participate actively in the production of the workshop, participate in the organisation of the work and contribute to the performance of the workshop by monitoring the planning, the distribution of the daily load and the monitoring of yields.
