What awaits you.

The field of train maintenance is responsible for the light maintenance of rail vehicles for passenger traffic. Put your leadership talent to use by being part of a motivated, ambitious team and contributing directly to moving Switzerland and Europe with us! As part of your exciting role, you lead a team of 10 to 20 employees and develop them within our structure. In collaboration with the production technique, you ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance are performed according to quality and performance standards. What you can move.

• As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the efficient and technically appropriate maintenance (prevention focus) within your team.
• You ensure the line management and management of a maintenance team.
• You guarantee the timely qualification and certification of employees and ensure that they are maintained.
• You assume the co-responsibility of respecting costs (budget of the cost centre, maintenance costs, productivity).
• You promote a positive working environment by encouraging continuous improvement, managing conflicts and supporting the professional development of your team members.

What you bring.

• Thanks to your excellent driving skills, you can motivate and lead a team
• Moreover, you manage conflicts and make decisions quickly.
• You have knowledge of railway technology as well as at least 3 years' experience in the field of rail vehicle maintenance. You identify yourself with a type of train and make sure your team also identifies with this fleet.
• You receive SWC training in a technical field (automatician, mechatronician or electrician) or advanced training in a technical field.
• You have undertaken or are prepared to undertake training or development in team management.
• You are fluent in French (minimum C1 level); knowledge in German or a willingness to learn German would be an asset.
