- You ensure reliable, customer-oriented and economical order and service processing – from planning to coordination to successful implementation
- You are responsible for the professional, scheduled and commercial achievement of your team’s goals and ensure transparency in quality, costs, deadlines and resources.
- You plan and control the human and material resources and ensure optimal utilization as well as predictive assignment planning

- You review existing processes, identify potential for optimization and implement improvements together with your team as well as across departments
- You work closely with internal interfaces, sales, project organization and customers and thus contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the success of our security organization in your talents and experiences.
- You have completed an apprenticeship in electrical, security or building technology or an IT education with relevant further education at the level of HF/FH/NDS/CAS – or bring a comparable qualification
