Main responsibilities

  • You will gain practical experience and make a real difference by focusing on these key responsibilities: Coordination & Project Planning: Take an active role in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects across the Group.
  • This includes assisting in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • You will gain hands-on experience to ensure efficient project delivery and contribute to the expansion of Richemont's strategic capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Management: Serve as a key point of contact for project-related communications.
  • You will be responsible for interacting with stakeholders from various departments within the Group, providing regular updates on project status, managing expectations, and facilitating effective collaboration to ensure alignment and foster a shared understanding of project goals.
  • Performance & Financial Reporting: Contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive project reports, including financial tracking, performance metrics, and progress tracking.
  • Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying key trends, assessing project health, and providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making by project leadership.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Assist in identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and tracking their resolution.
  • Partner Guidance & Facilitation: Guide external partners involved in projects, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and project methodologies.
  • You will facilitate workshops and meetings, promoting effective teamwork and ensuring successful execution of project initiatives.
