- It is possible to apply 100% for both flagships or 50% for one of the two flagships.
Company and context
- Internal governance programme and organizational design (4.1)
- You are responsible for leading this flagship achievement, equivalent to a program.
- You coordinate and follow this programme of coherence of the institutional governance framework, including the coordination of key decision-makers, the monitoring of milestones and the production of associated deliverables.
- You contribute to the organizational design of the target governance models and take direct responsibility for some of the program's projects.
- You prepare and lead the steering committees of the latter and produce the elements of decision support for the governing bodies.
- Conduct of simplification projects (4.2)
- You are conducting projects to simplify processes or practices to reduce administrative burden, some of which may have a computer component.
- You analyze the existing, identify improvement levers and implement solutions, ensuring concrete improvement of user experience.
- In parallel, in direct support of the head of the flagship project, you ensure the consolidated monitoring of the flagship project (progress of projects, milestones and production of a reporting).
- For these two flagship projects, you lead and coordinate project teams within the respective directorates and departments.
