Company and context
- Lead the delivery of recurring and ad hoc analyses, in line with Group Management priorities, key challenges and emerging business questions Design, implement and maintain insight tools to monitor Group performance across key business levers Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights for executive audiences, delivering concise recommendations and impactful presentations Enable data-driven decision-making within the Group Finance function and in close partnership with Maison teams, by bridging analytical depth with business storytelling Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including F&A, Maison & Regional finance partners, to align insights with business objectives Contribute to the evolution of the team’s reporting and analytics capabilities as the organization transitions to GCP and Looker HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Education, Experience and Core Competencies Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field 7+ years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical role Strong business sense and proven ability to connect analytical outputs with concrete decisions Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Proven track record of designing, modelling and developing reporting dashboards and complex analytics, leveraging and automating data visualization solutions Fluency in English is a must;
