Mission
Within the framework of this function, attached to the Watchmaking Division, you will have the responsibility to perform the operations of virolating, pitoning and shaping the spiral on any type of steel spiral balance (flat and with Breguet curve from 1839 to the present) according to the Patek Philippe quality criteria.
In parallel, you will guarantee the know-how on the steel coils that you will transmit in the course of training.

- Perform in a traditional way the operations of virolalage, pitoning and shaping of the spiral (flat spiral or with Breguet curve).
- Ensure the aesthetic, technical and dimensional control of the spiral balance to ensure compliance according to our quality criteria.
Main responsibilities

- Conduct the necessary analyses and studies to re-enact spirals for historical pieces.
- Transmit its know-how in the framework of trainings in order to accompany watchmakers in acquiring the skills necessary for the professions related to the spirals and regulating bodies. Profile sought
- SWC clock or training deemed equivalent.
- 10 years of minimum experience in the production of steel spiral balance.
- Proven mastery of traditional spiral techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of movements and regulating organs.
- Manual dexterity and high gesture accuracy.
- Ability to communicate constructively.
