Main responsibilities
- You take on the professional responsibility for occupational safety and health protection and ensure that guidelines (EKAS and Migros group solution) are effectively implemented in everyday life.
- You advise the company management and executives competently, understandably and solution-oriented.
- You will continue to develop our emergency organisation in the role of project management and ensure that we are well prepared in an emergency.
- You organize security audits, carry them out, carry out risk assessment and take targeted measures.
- You identify risks, analyze security indicators and derive concrete measures for greater security from them.
- You make safety understandable and strengthen our employees with practical training.
- You plan measures, accompany their implementation and make sure they have an impact. Requirements
