Main responsibilities

- Co-responsibility for the implementation of station goals, ensuring nursing quality, and ensuring the sustainability of Lean Hospital
- Consultation and coaching of employees, as well as introduction, training, and implementation of nursing guidelines, operating instructions, and concepts
- Member of the station management committee in the sense of shared governance
- Defined participation in the direct care of patients Requirements:
- Experience in surgical and/or orthopedic nursing
Key requirements
