Role overview
Responsible for property and operational management of the assigned regional real estate sub-portfolio (use phase) as user representatives of the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (BAZG) and the Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (BBL) mainly in French and partly in German
Perform user representation vis-à-vis owners, internals and third parties in structural technical, commercial and infrastructural object management
Conduct and implement smaller conversion projects in real estate in the assigned area of responsibility in close coordination with the client BBL
