Our small but fine area of living at our headquarters in Lucerne combines in four teams the application review, contract management, premium collection and service payments in our private pension products. To strengthen our customer service team, we are looking for a customer-oriented, committed and motivated personality like you. This is what awaits you
- You independently carry out all work related to contract management (processing of new applications via simple risk assessment incl.) Policing up to changes and cancellations of contracts.
- You provide information in writing and by telephone to our insured persons and financial institutions.
- For our sales staff throughout Switzerland, you are the first point of contact for questions about our preventive products and also advise them in the corresponding software application.
- You are involved in the optimization of our business processes and the further development of customer documents, here your flair is also required for testing technical adjustments and new developments.
- Participation in projects and the assumption of special tasks enrich your everyday work.
You bring that with you
- We presuppose a completed basic vocational training as a businesswoman or businessman EFZ or as a specialist customer dialogue EFZ in the insurance environment.
- Ideally, you were then allowed to gain initial professional experience in the field of private or preventive insurance (in-house service).
- You think connected, are curious and like to work quality consciously.
- Your French and possibly Italian skills go beyond school skills? All the better.
