In this newly created function, you will develop basic principles, concepts and concrete measures to promote bilingualism (French-German) in the elementary school of the city of Bern.
You move between schools, administration, politics and external educational institutions and make an important contribution to the further development of the educational landscape of the city of Bern.
The position is limited to 1.5 years with an option of renewal.

Main responsibilities

- Writing reports, drawing up decision-making bases for department management, presentations and project documentation Requirements
- University degree in pedagogy, linguistics, social sciences or a similar discipline, and experience in education
- Enthusiasm for the sustainable promotion of multilingualism in education and a strong administrative and policy understanding
- Enjoying the cooperation and networking of different stakeholders
- Analytical, conceptual and innovative thinking and the ability to prepare complex content appropriately
