Tasks

• You ensure the quality in the goods receipt and work on identified quality problems
• You coordinate requests between logistics and purchasing and ensure efficient processes
• You support in the cause analysis and finding solutions for quality deviations
• You carry out inventory bookings and clarify inventory differences and misbookings
• You create error and effort statistics for process optimization
• You bring your know-how to bear when it comes to training and raising awareness of quality topics
• You work closely with other departments to continuously improve quality processes Requirements
• Completed training as a logistician:in EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Two to three years of professional experience in the field of goods receipt or support logistics
• Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV) as well as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Very good knowledge of German (min.

C1) in word and writing

• You are communicative, team-oriented and enjoy working with different interfaces
• You think analytically, act solution-oriented and stay calm even in hectic moments
• Your own initiative, sense of responsibility and joy of continuous improvement distinguish you
• Willingness to work in weekly changing services: early shift from about 6 a.m.

to 2.30 p.m., late shift from about 1.30 p.m.
