Role overview

Mission

As part of this function, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will manage a team of 22 employees in their production activities in décolletage and termination.

In close collaboration with the other workshops of the Wheels service and support services to ensure the production plan in the quality criteria and standards Patek Philippe, you will be responsible for the achievement of the results and facilitation of the Collaborative Experience.

Main responsibilities

  • Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and time to achieve the goals.
  • Provide support for training and the development of versatility in the workshop.
  • Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and operating times.
  • Ensure compliance with the production plan and ensure compliance with the Patek Philippe standards.
  • Advance the activity and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with other workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal clients and other services and divisions. Profile sought
  • ES technician in microtechnology or mechanical engineering or training deemed equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in an equivalent function.
  • Prior experience in imperative management.
  • Mastery of machining techniques, including decolleting. Knowledge of production management
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools.
