Main responsibilities

  • Drive bank-wide transformation initiatives aligned with the long-term strategy of EFG
  • Translate strategic priorities (growth, efficiency, client experience) into concrete transformation roadmaps.
  • Support Executive Committee members in strategy execution and transformation governance.
  • Prepare decision material for senior management and Board-level discussions
  • Design and implement target operating models adapted to a relationship-driven private banking environment.
  • Support optimization of front-to-back processes across:<ul><li> Client Relationship Management and Client Advisory
  • Investment Services and Portfolio Management
  • Operations and Middle Office
  • Lead cost-efficiency and productivity initiatives while preserving service quality and client experience
  • Lead business-driven digital initiatives including:<ul><li> CRM and client lifecycle management

The objective is for them to join the Transformation Office as a Senior member and to drive strategic, operational, and digital transformation initiatives tailored to the specific culture, risk profile, and client-centric model EFG. MBA-qualified would be a plus, with strong execution capabilities and deep understanding of front-to-back private banking operations.
