- As a Senior Software Engineer in Product Development, you are responsible for implementing and continuously developing functions that improve your shopping experience
- developing new features together in the team, implementing technical innovations and ensuring that our software remains user-friendly, performant and scalable
- At least 5 years of experience: In object-oriented software development
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): In the field of computer science
Main responsibilities
- As a Senior Software Engineer in Product Development, you are responsible for implementing and continuously developing functions that improve your shopping experience
- developing new features together in the team, implementing technical innovations and ensuring that our software remains user-friendly, performant and scalable
- you take care of the technical infrastructure of your area of responsibility, monitor the systems and ensure stable and reliable operation
- you work closely with other engineers and colleagues
- from your team to realize customer-oriented solutions - you feel comfortable in an bleak environment and like to bring your own ideas to constantly improve our platform
Key requirements
- At least 5 years of experience: In object-oriented software development
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): In the field of computer science
- You are an expert with one or more technologies from our tech stack:.NET (C#), EF Core,Torual & non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB) and cloud technologies (Azure)
- Experience with domain drive design, distributed systems and messaging is beneficial
- Holistic thinking and a strong sense of sustainable, scalable solutions, combined with a hands-on mentality Detecting
- Improvement potential and implementation of changes to increase productivity and effectiveness
- You are sure to communicate with different stakeholders also at management level
- willingness to learn, curiosity and the ability to work in new topics and technologies
