Role overview
Your team The Operations division is responsible for the secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment fund activities.
To support this mission, the Risk & Compliance – Operations team identifies, assesses and mitigates operational risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
To bolster our team, we are seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager with a strong background in banking operational risk and compliance, and the ability to lead major risk initiatives across Banking Operations.
- Your team The Operations division is responsible for the secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment fund activities.
- To support this mission, the Risk & Compliance – Operations team identifies, assesses and mitigates operational risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- University degree in Finance, Business, Law or Economics, or professional qualification deemed equivalent.
- At least five to eight years’ relevant experience in operational risk, compliance or audit at a mid-sized or large bank or financial institution.

- At least five to eight years’ relevant experience in operational risk, compliance or audit at a mid-sized or large bank or financial institution.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management.
- Proven ability to lead projects successfully.
- Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail; proficiency in MS Office/Excel; knowledge of Tableau would be an asset.
Application process
- Sound knowledge of data management, data analysis or data science, and their application in process optimisation, risk reporting or automation, would be highly desirable.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), with at least C1 level or equivalent in each language.
