Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people.
These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Strategy & Projects, Risk and Tax departments.

- Your responsibilities will include driving project governance, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring alignment with the Group’s overall objectives. Your role
- Lead change management projects and programs, including defining roles and responsibilities, establishing project governance, ensuring the quality of deliverables, managing budgets, assessing risks, and designing new processes.
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, ideally within consulting and/or strategy firms.
Main responsibilities

- Coordinate communication with stakeholders, organize training sessions, and ensure a thorough understanding of business needs and requirements.
- Propose and develop innovative solutions, make actionable recommendations, implement changes, and monitor project timelines and milestones.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions and define next steps for ongoing initiatives.
- Proactively challenge existing business practices, suggest improvements or new programs, and take full ownership of deliverables.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new services and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Key requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, ideally within consulting and/or strategy firms.
- Experience in the financial or banking industry is a strong asset.
- Interest in data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, BO), ability to work with AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
- Proven learning agility and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological and financial landscape.
- Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with strong conceptual thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effective collaboration in diverse, cross-functional environments.
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
- As the successful candidate, you should be solutions oriented with excellent communication skills, thorough in your approach to your work and capable of showing initiative.
- You will also possess excellent analytical and strong technical skills together with proven diplomatic and interpersonal skills.
- Furthermore, you are able to work autonomously while showing a strong team-spirit.
